Sleeve block are often used in TOWERs to lift roof structures, lighting and PA systems. The trolleys are attached to the main beam and contain internal guide wheels that allow for the smooth raising and lowering of the gate or truss roof system.
Either a chain hoist or an electric motor winch is used for lifting.
